Feridora Exchange Policy

At Feridora, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to facilitate exchanges under the following terms:


Exchange Policy Guidelines

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.


Exchange Fee

  • A flat ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable for all exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchange Process

  • To submit your exchange request, you can mail us at info.feridora@gmail.com.
  • The exchange process typically takes 10-15 business days. Once completed, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.

Higher-Priced Items

  • If you choose an item with a higher value than the one you’re exchanging, we will send you a payment link to cover the price difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare case of a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or incorrect order:

Email us a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be offered store credit or the option to exchange the item for another product.

Sale Items

  • All sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

Important Information

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. For damaged or incorrect items, store credit will be issued or an exchange will be facilitated.
