Processing and Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you via email, text, or WhatsApp with tracking details, so you can easily follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Within India:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders across India.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 4-5 business days from dispatch.
  • Courier Partners: We partner with trusted couriers like DTDC to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available on domestic orders for an extra Rs 30.
  • All COD orders will be verified via phone or email before dispatch, so please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders are processed faster since they don’t require verification.
  • For quicker processing and a smoother checkout experience, we recommend using prepaid options.

Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas:

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order twice.
  • If both attempts fail, your package will be returned to us, and we’ll get in touch with you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.
  • In the rare case your pincode is unserviceable, we’ll notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, text, or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real time and stay updated on its progress.

Local Pickup (Guwahati): Available for Guwahati residents. Orders will be ready within 24 hours, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Same-Day Delivery (Guwahati Only): Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the following business day.

Potential Delays: We always aim for timely delivery, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen due to strikes, holidays, or weather conditions. If that occurs, we’ll keep you informed and assist you with tracking your order.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or redelivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes! You can request a change within 24 hours of placing your order. However, once your order is dispatched, we can’t make any changes.
